3. Stay busy doing activities you enjoy
4. Consider going on a casual date with someone else
5. Build up your inner strength As you can see, the list of things not to do exceeds the things to do list. That’s because the fear of loss can make you do a lot of desperate things that only succeed in driving your ex away.
Once your ex sees that you’re no longer available 24/7 and you’re doing fine without them, a funny thing happens… they start to miss you.
