I really wanna get my ex back “advice”?

I love this girl that i dated for 3 years we lived togather for 2 of those years. Im 20 and she 19 we been through everything you can have in a relationship. My biggest problem was jealousy and controlling she was also the same way i want to get her back i miss her soo much she calls me still and says i have to be her friend and show her that i changed is she serious do you think and i need tips on how to act ignore her or show her that im getting over or trying to get over jealousy she never cheated on me or anything she tells me i need to deal with her hanging out with guys and goin clubbing theres nothing wrong with that right she should have friends and trust is a big part i realize this now wha can i do to show her i want her back
